Our coating department has been equipped with several sound-insulating cabins (spray processes up to 140dB), each connected with central extraction. Several closed loop plasma, hvof and wire spray systems have been set up. Via a network of gas pipes and a coolant circuit, it is guaranteed that each system can function with the appropriate parameters.
Constant velocity and distance to the surface determine the quality of the coating. It is no surprise therefore, that the time of spraying it on with the free hand is far behind us. Nowadays manipulators and robots do this job, tirelessly and with constant precision.
One piece at the time or mass production, the method and quality are always the same. This is where we distinguish ourselves.
Through years of in house development of installations, today we are capable of producing parts with a length of up to 10m, a diameter of up to 2,500mm and a mass of up to 10,000kg.
- Plasmajet is specialised in parts with a more difficult geometry.
